REFUND & RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATIONS:
We accept 100% Product cancellations within 24 Hours after you have purchased the product. If the cancellation is after this time frame, we might not be able to cancel due processing fees, However all you need to do is Return the product without Opening the Box and we’ll give you a full product refund to your credit card. Contact our Support team info@product4me.com to get our Po Box address for Returns.
RETURNS:
We accept returns of products. Our clients have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please send your request with the purchase receipt. The only charge at most will be the shipping cost and the return label is at client’s expenses. No restocking fee to be charged to the clients for product returns.
Product4Me will provide the return address. Please do not refuse the package as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our policies.
REFUNDS (If applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. If the item is in acceptable conditions, your refund will be approved and automatically applied to the original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable):
If you have not received the refund after all this process, please contact us immediately to assist you.
